Free Health Check-Up and Awareness Camp – Kamble Wasti, Aundh, Pune | 05 Sept 2025

The Free Health Check-Up and Awareness Camp was successfully organized on 05 September 2025 at Nalanda Samaj Vihar, Kamble Wasti, near Ambedkar Chowk, Aundh Road, Aundh, Taluka Haveli, District Pune. The camp was conducted in collaboration with Wruddha Mitra Sanstha and Healing Hands Foundation, Pune, with the objective of providing free healthcare services and spreading awareness regarding anorectal and related disorders. The initiative mainly focused on diseases and conditions such as hemorrhoids (piles), fistulas, fissures, hernia, constipation, and other related health problems, ensuring proper medical consultation, early diagnosis, and healthcare guidance for the local community.

The camp received active support and participation from members of Nalanda Samaj Vihar, Wruddha Mitra Sanstha, social activists including Daljit Sood and Viraj Shinde, along with dedicated volunteers from Kamble Wasti, Aundh, Pune. During the camp, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar examined a total of 42 patients and provided expert medical consultation and treatment guidance to the beneficiaries. Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale (Camp Assistant) educated the patients about anorectal disorders, their symptoms, preventive care, and treatment methods while also distributing free medicines to the beneficiaries. The registration and coordination activities of the camp were efficiently managed by Mrs. Anita Said (Camp and Program Coordinator), ensuring proper documentation and smooth execution of the program.

The camp was supported by the dedicated team of Healing Hands Foundation Pune, including Dr. Ashwini Pargewar, Mrs. Anita Said, Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale, and Tushar Khandagale. The entire health camp was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr. Snehal Porwal (Secretary), Dr. Ashwin Porwal (President), and Mrs. Madhura Bhate (NGO Coordinator) of Healing Hands Foundation Pune. Their leadership and continuous support played an important role in the successful organization of the event, which contributed significantly toward promoting preventive healthcare awareness and providing essential medical services to the community.
