Free Health Check-Up Camp – Chimbli, Khed | 27 June 2025







The Free Health Check-Up Camp was successfully organized on 27 June 2025 at Arogya Wardhini Kendra, located in Chimbli, Taluka Khed, District Pune. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Zilla Parishad District Health Department (Arogya Wardhini Kendra, Chimbli) and Healing Hands Foundation, Pune, with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services and spreading awareness about anorectal and related disorders. The camp primarily focused on diseases such as hemorrhoids, fistulas, fissures, hernia, constipation, and other related conditions, ensuring early diagnosis and proper medical guidance for the local community.
The camp witnessed active participation from the team members of Arogya Wardhini Kendra, including Dr. Pradnya (Medical Officer), Swapnil Sakhre (MPW), Sangita Jaid, Mangal Ramukh, and Bhagyashree Bangre (ASHA Worker), along with other social activists from Chimbli. Their support played a vital role in organizing and executing the camp successfully.
During the camp, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar examined a total of 37 patients, providing expert consultation and medical advice. Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale (Camp Assistant) guided the beneficiaries on maintaining a balanced diet and also distributed free medicines, ensuring immediate care and support to the patients.
The registration process was efficiently managed by Mrs. Anita Said (Camp and Program Coordinator) along with ASHA workers from Chimbli, ensuring smooth coordination and proper documentation of all beneficiaries.
The camp was supported by a dedicated team from Healing Hands Foundation Pune, including Dr. Ashwini Pargewar, Mrs. Anita Said, Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale, Anand Misal, and Santosh Shingare. The entire event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Snehal Porwal (Secretary), Dr. Ashwin Porwal (President), and Mrs. Madhura Bhate (NGO Coordinator). Their leadership ensured the successful execution of the camp, contributing significantly to promoting preventive healthcare and delivering essential medical services to the rural community.
