Free Health Check-Up Camp – Karde, Shirur | 24 October 2024




The camp received valuable support and participation from the healthcare staff of Primary Health Centre Karde, including Dr. Rajesh Kattimal (Taluka Medical Officer, Shirur), Rameshwar Shingade (MPW), Prajavati Gawai (Nurse), Vaishali Shrimant, Usha Shrimant, and other staff members. Their contribution played an important role in the successful organization and smooth execution of the health camp.
During the camp, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar conducted health examinations and consultations for a total of 33 patients, providing expert medical advice and guidance regarding treatment and preventive healthcare measures. Counselor Tejashree Khalate guided the beneficiaries about maintaining a proper and balanced diet for better health and recovery. Free medicines were also distributed to the patients to provide immediate medical support and care.
The registration and beneficiary management process was efficiently handled by Mrs. Anita Said (Camp and Program Coordinator) along with Mrs. Ujjwala Khalate, ensuring smooth coordination and proper documentation throughout the camp activities.
The camp was supported by a dedicated team from Healing Hands Foundation Pune, including Dr. Ashwini Pargewar, Mrs. Anita Said, Counselor Tejashree Khalate, Mrs. Ujjwala Khalate, Anand Misal, and representatives from Peace & Pods organization including David and Vivek Murya. The entire event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Snehal Porwal (Secretary), Dr. Ashwin Porwal (President), and Mrs. Madhura Bhate (Organization Coordinator). Their leadership and support ensured the successful implementation of the camp, contributing significantly toward spreading healthcare awareness and delivering essential medical services to the rural community.
