Free Health Check-Up Camp – Yerawada, Pune | 27 Sept 2025

The Free Health Check-Up Camp was successfully organized on 27 September 2025 at Gajraj Mitra Mandal, located at Limbuni Udyaan, Navratri Utsav Datta Mandir Chauk, Maharashtra Housing Board, Yerawada, Taluka Haveli, District Pune. This camp was conducted in collaboration with the Primary Health Center, Rahu, and Healing Hands Foundation, Pune, with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services and raising awareness about anorectal and related disorders. The camp primarily focused on diseases such as hemorrhoids, fistulas, fissures, hernia, and similar conditions, ensuring early detection and proper medical guidance for the community.

The event witnessed active participation from members of Gajraj Mitra Mandal, including Rakesh Marchande, Omkar Moghe, Sachin Shelar, Girish Khandagale, and Sagar Disale, along with other social activists and local volunteers. During the camp, Dr. Ashwini Pargewar examined a total of 61 patients, providing expert consultation and necessary medical advice. Free medicines were distributed to the beneficiaries by Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale (Camp Assistant), while Tejashree Khalate (Counselor) educated participants about lifestyle changes, the importance of a balanced diet, and maintaining overall health. The registration process was efficiently handled by Mrs. Anita Said (Camp and Program Coordinator), ensuring smooth organization and proper documentation of all beneficiaries.

The camp was supported by a dedicated team from Healing Hands Foundation Pune, including Dr. Ashwini Pargewar, Mrs. Anita Said, Mrs. Sheetal Bhosale, Anand Misal, and Damodar Adhaw. The entire event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Snehal Porwal (Secretary), Dr. Ashwin Porwal (President), and Mrs. Madhura Bhate (NGO Coordinator). Their leadership ensured the successful execution of the camp, which played a vital role in promoting preventive healthcare and delivering essential medical services to the community, reflecting a strong commitment to social welfare and public health awareness.
