Donation Refund Policy

We try our best to ensure that our refund process is fair and transparent. If you want to request a refund, please send an email to: hhfoundationinfo@gmail.com. Provide as much information about the donation and your request, ideally within 7 days of making the donation. Please note that Healing Hands Foundation may ask for additional verification and supporting documents. We are not obliged to offer any refund, and especially not if we have already issued a tax exemption certificate. Please understand that refund processing may take a minimum of 7 working days and maximum of 30 working days.
